My Cordova-based iOS app started catching the same issue as Graphefruit and Piotr ever since the 17.4 release:

"UnknownError: Connection to Indexed Database server lost. Refresh the page to try again"

Hundreds of users (a good percentage of my user base) have seen this issue; it's been caught by Sentry over 3k times. Always iOS 17.4 or newer (including 17.5). 

I've also started getting "UnknownError: Attempt to get a record from database without an in-progress transaction" more frequently, though maybe 5% as many times as the "connection list" error.
