Silently disconnect a Develop USB debugging Inspector window from its iOS Safari target by doing the following:

1. Create an alert on the target (most functions in the inspector window then freeze)
2. Reload the target page from iOS (click the reload semicircular arrow in the address bar on Safari iOS)
3. Notice that Inspect develop window, ostensibly still for that reloaded target, is now detached and no longer reflects nor instruments that target.
