Bug ID: 271819
Summary: [iPad] Pages with elements greater than the Viewport
are zoomed out - which can be fixed with
shrink-to-fit=no again
Product: WebKit
Version: Safari 17
Hardware: iPhone / iPad
OS: iOS 17
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: P2
Component: Layout and Rendering
Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org

I thought there is no need to use shrink-to-fit=no anymore: https://www.scottohara.me/blog/2018/12/11/shrink-to-fit.html
But I found that the behavior which led to webkit implementing this viewport meta tag, is back: https://github.com/h5bp/html5-boilerplate/issues/2102#issuecomment-2022863104
These are screenshots of Scotts Tests taken on an iPad (10. Generation, simulator) running iOS 17.2:

As you can see, the screenshots look quite differently although they shouldnt.
Please let me know if this is actually a Bug/Regression or working as intended.
