Steps to replicate:
1. Open Mini-Browser
2. Open Web-Inspector

Is it a regression of: https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/commit/3cc63f452ee1f7b27315942d53543c6dd041dfb9? We might need to keep function createFolderTreeElement(settings) or _folderTreeElementExpandedStateChange(folderTreeElement).
