failing to open a "security window" for webauthn

Using webkit2gtk-4.1 2.42.5-2 (Arch with KDE (both plasma5 and plasma6)) I am currently unable to use my Yubikey with the popup webkit browser. (Speculation) My best guess here is that in the process of Microsoft attempting to open a new window for webauthn w/ Yubikey, the window opening fails and I'm stuck in an endless wait for a new browser window to open.

This is reproducible with both `networkmanager-openconnect` using a SAML login flow, in Thunderbird using the extension `OWL for Exchange`, and in the package `openconnect-sso` using a SAML login flow.
