Reference Rendering across browsers

Took test from attached patch:

Test Case Expectation - https://jsfiddle.net/xmj915ed/show

^ matches rendering-wise in Safari 17.4. (I have removed -webkit-).

Now rendering of Safari don't match with Chrome Canary 124 and also with Firefox Nightly 124 and all browser differ.
