In https://commits.webkit.org/262927@main, ews bots started uploading the archives directly to s3 (instead of uploading to buildbot, and then buildbot uploading to s3). That significantly speed up the upload and reduced the load from the server.

We should do the same thing for build.webkit.org as well.
