Just to add - my setup is weird and I don't use 'git-webkit pr' while I stage my changes on my fork with new branch and then use `GitHub Desktop` app to do PR.

I think rather than adding comment, ideal would be when the bug is closed by 'merge-queue', it adds 'PR' link as proposed in Comment 0:
