Using attachment in comment 2, load attachment in iPhone, then click on the "Open Dialog" button (the larger of the two, there is a smaller one inside the iframe) then while modal dialog is visible, and VoiceOver is enabled, swipe left until the smaller "Open Dialog" is focused even though it is behind the open dialog backdrop.

Expected behavior: cannot focus contents of the iframe until the modal dialog has been dismissed by clicking "Close" button.
