Update:

This issue has been fixed on M4 iPad Pros. This issue is also only fixed in the latest iOS 18 dev beta 2, and not in the iOS 17.6 beta as originally thought.

This means there is no longer any scenario where native requestanimationframe is not supported as long as the feature flag is disabled and the device iOS on iOS 18 dev beta 2 or later.

This thread should be closed when iOS 18 releases in the fall.
