@Ahmad were you able to reproduce?
I haven’t tried myself yet.

There is no report on webcompat.com

It also requires a phone number to create an account, which I don't have. 
Though it seems to be working with a fake number.

But we still need two persons to test. 

Ha but if do to myself, I can sometimes select the name sometimes not. It takes a couple of tries.

When this is working, there is no message in the console. 

When this is not working, we get
