the callstack of WebPopupMenuProxyWin::showPopupMenu

fast/forms/implicit-submission.html and fast/forms/select-script-onchange.html are still timing out.
eventSender.keyDown() is blocked by WebPopupMenuProxyWin::showPopupMenu.
WebKitTestRunner is using fully synchronous mode by using WKContextConfigurationSetFullySynchronousModeIsAllowedForTesting.
Attached the callstack of WebPopupMenuProxyWin::showPopupMenu.
