Another follow-up here. Recently I was able to reproduce the issue between two public Discourse instances. 

Head over to: https://forums.swift.org/t/enable-syntax-highlighting-for-arm-and-x86-assembly/70622 and click on the link in the past post (that goes to Racket Discourse). The page would get stuck loading after clicking that link. 

I can't reproduce this at will, so it may be very hard for someone else to reproduce right away. (After I refresh the tab for example, I can no longer repro.) But worth keeping this link handy in case we can figure out a path to a consistent repro next.
