ShapeDetection APIs implementations do not work with GPUP restarts

- Follow construction model of RRBP, RemoteGraphicsContextGLProxy, RemoteGPUProxy
- Upon GPUP restart, need to recreate the objects in GPUP
- getSupportedFormats should be RRBP method, not random static method in shape detection (it sends RRBP message)
