Although we started the digital credentials project with a focus on "identity" (hence the name of the module in WebCore), we've increasingly generalized it to just be about "digital-credentials", of which things like identity documents are just one thing. 

As such, we should rename the module to "digital-credentials" to better reflect this small shift in direction.
