It was added by following commit: https://commits.webkit.org/220038@main in bug 207021, where the precursor was the 'media controls' show up as small when in fullscreen.

1. Compile WebKit Opensource with removal of quirk
2. Go to test page via iPad simulator on x.com (login page)
3. Put Simulator in landscape mode
4. Focus on input fields (login)

Expected result: 
- keyboard should not be dismissed and login input should not flash
