Hi Team,

While looking into browser specific failures / timeout, I noticed that we fail following tests:

Although while looking into WebKit Code, it seems Anne did added support: https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/commit/504cb3567c094a4118abbe6812443cdd431fb374

We are still failing tests but I noticed that we are missing it in `svgattrs.in` as well.

So this bug is to fix and add it.

I did try to add it locally and see if it progresses but it does not but still good to fix and add it.
