            Bug ID: 285268
Summary: CSS Perspective non-functional. Cannot render 3D
                    effects with CSS
           Product: WebKit
           Version: WebKit Nightly Build
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: P2
         Component: New Bugs
          Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
          Reporter: tri.voxel at gmail.com

Here is an advanced example site with CSS Perspective to add 3D layering to the pages: https://trivoxel.io

Here is a more minimal example in Codepen: https://codepen.io/TriVoxel-the-flexboxer/pen/mdNVBjE

So, this page renders fine in WebKit (for Safari and macOS), Firefox, and Chromium (even mobile) in all my testing. WebKitGTK disables the effect so it only runs on the first frame and does not react to page scrolling events which also may break some other webpages that are simpler and use it for more trivial things. Breaks effects and reduces web compatibility. Please fix. I can add JS to disable the affect for Epiphany but I shouldn't need to.
