When Voice Control is enabled with item number or item name overlays, interactive elements within an iframe do not have numbers or names assigned and can't be clicked. The grid overlay works, but takes more effort. Encountered this in macOS 14 and 15 on Safari 18.

Steps to reproduce:

- Embed an iframe with a link/button/input (ex: Youtube embed, MDN iframe example: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/iframe#examples)
- Turn on Voice Control and enable item number or item name overlays
- Return to the page containing the iframe and look for overlay number/names attached to the iframe content
