Hi Team,

While going through random banking website, I stumbled upon below issue:

*** Steps to Reproduce ***
1) Go to - https://annualreport.bankone.mu
2) Scroll and notice on `O` expanding animation

*** Actual Result ***
It is not smooth (compared to other browser)

^ Tested on macOS 15.2 on Safari Technology Preview 210.

*** Expected Result ***
It should be smooth.
