Overview:
Since updating to iOS18, Voiceover is repeatedly announcing "current item" for all elements on some websites and apps. 

We can recreate the issue on the following websites:
https://focal-theme-carbon.myshopify.com/
https://thepihut.com/

There is a forum post on AppleVis related to Amazon and Chewy apps explaining the issue:

Steps to reproduce:
1) Using an iOS18 device and Voiceover navigate to either of the following websites:
https://thepihut.com/
https://focal-theme-carbon.myshopify.com/

2) The audio description of elements will be interrupted or end with "current item". If paused on an element, "current item" will be announced repeatedly.
