Steps to reproduce:

1. Open https://scroll-driven-animations.style/demos/3d-shoe-explorer/css/
2. Click and drag the horizontal scrollbar slowly
3. Notice that the shoe rotation judders with each move of the scroll bar position

This is the same in Chrome and Safari so may be correct behavior.
