The layout of search user (https://bugs.webkit.org/editusers.cgi) is  picking up styles intended to be broadly applied to cases where a submit button should be right aligned. Instead it is right aligning part of a series of inputs of a form where the other form controls are left aligned leaving a dis-jointed layout.
