I'm kind of reproducing on https://onedrive.live.com/?id=root&cid=61C66B9F1F961172&qt=mru

It took almost one minute before the icons and names show up. 
On the screenshot of the report this is not only icons, the names are not there too. 

So when inspecting the content as soon as I'm selecting in the Web Inspector, the image element, the full line appears or kind of. 
The line is an SVG file, but this is not specific to the image. 

Ok it really looks like a layout and rendering issue now. :) because the content is here, but it can disappear and appears completely when activating/deactivating CSS properties.
