minimal reproducible example

When opening the attached HTML file in Safari, the stylesheet is unexpectedly garbage collected and removed from the WeakMap, even though it is still referenced in document.adoptedStylesheets[0]. 


Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the attached HTML file in Safari.
2. Open Developer Tools.
3. See console logs.
