As can be seen in the history of TestWebKitAPI.WebKit.LoadMoreThan4GB (https://results.webkit.org/?suite=api-tests&test=TestWebKitAPI.WebKit.LoadMoreThan4GB), this test always times out on debug builds. Given what we're testing (4GB string), that seems sort of unavoidable in Debug.
