Steps to duplicate:

1. Open demo CodePen https://codepen.io/marcsolo/pen/YzoYZaP in Safari
2. Turn on VoiceOver
3. Navigate to each of the form's child elements using swipe left/right gestures or explore by touch
4. Observe VoiceOver's announcement for each child element

Expected results: VoiceOver only announces the child element's accessibility properties

Actual results: VoiceOver announces the the child element's accessibility properties and the parent form element's accessible description
