This is only failing on iOS. Note that it's not actually an issue with ::target-text or styling, we fail to scroll/highlight the fragment entirely. It is a more general bug with our scroll-to-text-fragment implementation, likely due to platform specific SearchBuffer differences (findWordBoundary).
