279835 at main started blocking 0.0.0.0 as a destination address, as this address should be used only as a source address (i.e. accept connections from any interface).

The Selenium's commit we'have as of Aug 8th 2024 uses 0.0.0.0 as the default IP in the test webserver, leading to the browser under test not being able to load the given test URL.

https://github.com/SeleniumHQ/selenium/pull/14324 fixed this upstream in Selenium, and we should include it or a newer commit.
