Safari Version :  17.4.1 (19618.1.15.11.14)

macOS : 14.4.1 (23E224)

Description: Voice over is not reading out what is written in help text on Ingredient column.

Should read: 'Key activity to achieve primary objective.' but instead '50% loaded'

Steps to reproduce-
1.Login to Salesforce as Channel Sales AE User
2.Verify if the User is landed into the Channel Sales app
3.Navigate to Account tab and select any PEM enable account
4.Navigate to PEM overview screen and click on create an initiative button to launch the workflow
5.Navigate to Select an Ingredient screen
6.Open voice over from system setting and navigate on the screen using voice over.

Expected-
Voice over should read out help text in Ingredient column

Actual-
Voice over is not reading out what is written in help text on Ingredient column.
