Yes. Is there a daemon that needs to be running? It doesn't seem as though,
because if I do

$ gsettings get org.gnome.desktop.interface text-scaling-factor

I get back whatever the last value was. But epiphany just stubbornly looks identical regardless.

OK, if that's your preference. I am sorry about my inability to provide a fully satisfying test environment for it. I'll fix the code formatting items and mark it as ready again.
