We utilize WebKit to share the screen from one user to another. For users with accessibility needs, we need to include System Audio (not microphone) with this sharing. Users that have limited sight need to hear the devices System Audio as it is played by a screen reader on the Sharers device. This will narrate the actions so that the user with accessibility needs can understand what is happening.

Repro Steps:
- Open screen sharing application on macOS device
- Turn on VoiceOver after sharing the screen.

Viewer on another device:
- Sharer will navigate on their device with VoiceOver and observe the VoiceOver announcement from screen.

Actual Result:
- Viewer is unable to hear the voiceover announcement from sharer device.

Expected Result:
- Viewer should be able to hear the voiceover announcement from sharer screen while they navigate their device.

User Impact:
- Visually impaired users who rely on screen reader will not hear voiceover information from the other device.

Please include the ability to relay audio using WebKit when sharing a screen.
