I tried to reproduce a couple of times since the beginning of this report. Without Success. 

I will close it. Maybe it was an infrastructure issues on their side. 
Maybe that doesn't seem to be only Safari. 

Do not hesitate to open a new bug if it happens again. Maybe a screen recording could help determine that we are experiencing the same thing.
