Web Inspector: some icons unreadable when smart invert feature is enabled

Repro:
1. Mac > System Settings > Accessibility > Display > Invert Colors < On ("Smart")
2. View WebKit Web Inspector.

See screen shot... Icons are nearly black on black.

WebKit should override the default inversion `filter: invert(100%);` for these images when matching `@media (inverted-colors)`
