            Bug ID: 261756
Summary: enclosingClippingScopes() can be called twice per
                    layer on compositing updates
           Product: WebKit
           Version: WebKit Local Build
          Hardware: Unspecified
                OS: Unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Compositing
          Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
          Reporter: simon.fraser at apple.com
                CC: simon.fraser at apple.com

enclosingClippingScopes() does an ancestor tree walk, and shows up in profiles on layer-heavy sites. It's called from both layerOverlaps() and addToOverlapMap(), so we can avoid one of those calls.
