            Bug ID: 261299
Summary: Don't use composited scrolling for scrollers that have
                    zero size
           Product: WebKit
           Version: Safari 16
          Hardware: Unspecified
                OS: Unspecified
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Scrolling
          Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
          Reporter: simon.fraser at apple.com
                CC: simon.fraser at apple.com

On some pathological pages, we can spend a lot of time and memory on composited scrolls which have height or width of zero. We can optimize these away.
