Looking at AppendPipeline, I wonder if we have a ref cycle between SourceBufferPrivateGStreamer and AppendPipeline?

SourceBufferPrivateGStreamer keeps a UniqueRef to AppendPipeline, and AppendPipeline keeps a ref of SourceBufferPrivateGStreamer...
