REPRODUCIBILITY:

I was able to reproduce this issue on macOS Ventura (13.6, 22G120/arm64) ToT using the following command:

run-webkit-tests --verbose imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/content-security-policy/reporting-api/report-to-directive-allowed-in-meta.https.sub.html

REGRESSION:

This test, previously constantly failing on macOS wk1 (regressed at 267516 at main), further regressed to constantly failing on macOS (both wk1 and wk2) between 268518 at main and 268541 at main (commit history missing from dashboard).
