Description:
imported/blink/compositing/layer-creation/incremental-destruction.html is constant failing on macOS wk1 arm64 since Sonoma bringup.


This issue can be reproduced by using the command on ToT: 
run-webkit-tests --release -1 --iterations=10 imported/blink/compositing/layer-creation/incremental-destruction.html
