I was testing some patches to the buildbot config with the script start-local-buildbot-server and the script is failing here:

1) when running with the config for the post-commit bot the script is failing to detect the http_port configured for the server.
2) when running with the config for the ews bot the script is failing to install some required new python modules on the virtualenv, which leads to a general failure later when trying to start buildbot with that config


Let's try to fix this
