I was able to reproduce a crash when running this test at Ventura Debug ToT as follows:

run-webkit-tests --debug --no-build imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/background-fetch/port-blocking.https.window.html --iterations 100 -f

I was reproducing on an Intel Mac, and out of 100 runs it crashed 17 times.
