I understand your frustration, but surely you can't view Apple implementing SW and Offscreen Canvas behavior per the W3C standard as doing something wrong?

If your concern is around our Safari releases with Offscreen Canvas support, we can share that we have begun public seeding of this release, which would indicate we plan to ship this soon.

As Chris has pointed out, the WebKit Open Source Project has no control over Apple software release dates, nor permission to share details around shipment dates even if we knew them.
