WebKit ToT Screenshot

I am not able to reproduce:

1) Reduced window size to make horizontal scrollbar to appear
2) Reduced window size to get vertical scrollbar
3) Did text selection or scroll-up and down etc. to check if some content / text appear but nothing happened.

I think we don't have this bug and WebKit has evolved that this bug is no longer applicable.

CCing - Alan and Simon for any input but I think we can close it and if this issue, I think we would be able to get this with other test cases etc.
