Hi Team,

While going through Blink's commit, I came across potential opportunity to do some 'simplify' and 'clean-up' in 'RenderIFrame' layout & rendering code:

- Deleting RenderIFrame::contentRootRenderer()

Just wanted to raise so we can do this clean-up.
