Video showcasing the issue

## Issue
When using a hardware keyboard on iPadOS 16.4+ (ie. Apple's Magic Keyboard or Logitech's Combo Touch) scrolling on some pages is totally broken. Using touch scrolling (using a finger) works without any issues. Attached is a video showcasing the issue.

The same issue doesn't happen on older versions of iPadOS (eg. 16.3)
