strace --follow-forks --output-separately -to strace-follow-forks.log /usr/lib/webkit2gtk-4.1/MiniBrowser --enable-sandbox

Attached strace-follow-forks.tar.gz which has quite a lot of files.

A big hang is in strace-follow-forks.log.166034:
