I tried yet another site where this was supposed to happen in a 10 minutes range and after 20 minutes it has still not happened.

macOs Ventura 13.5 + Safari Technology Preview Release 171 (Safari 16.4, WebKit 18616.1.15)

I understand the frustrations of everyone here, but without a way to reproduce it, it's quite hard to test.
