The now-deprecated GLIB API involved adding new types of website data to WebkitWebsiteDataManager in the WPE/GTK API, but if this step wasn't
performed, that would result in website data being leaked outside specified directories, which was a serious privacy issue. We corrected
this in 253824 at main in later 2022.

That is why, as we moved forward building the new GLIB API, we used base data and cache directories for tests website data configuration in
259132 at main. As time went on the bots for this particular data configuration test (TestWebSiteData/configuration) began to fail consistently.
