This is incredibly flaky, and only appearing occur on Intel Macs running on Monterey. 

I cannot reproduce it. I've tried multiple times on multiple builds, and it isn't reproducible. Given its incredibly rare timing out, only on Monterey Intel Macs, I'm inclined to think that this probably isn't indicative of a real issue. But just a super flaky test.
