Scrolling is smooth now with Epiphany 44.3 and WebKitGTK 2.40.3, however the load times are still embarrassingly slow in comparison to other browsers... and those loads are just as slow when reloading the pages. As a test case, it takes 10 to 11 seconds every time I try to load the Globe and Mail, whether I am in a private window or a regular one.
